Following terms and conditions, you have to follow if the user is using the website. Online Packaging Store has the right to modify and change these rules and conditions without any immediate notice at any time. It is suggested to the users visit this page on and off.   We are the owner of the materials that are utilized for the production of our products. Our material is not shared and sold to other parties. It is the right of Online Packaging Store that they can distribute free samples or display the custom-created printed boxes for the customers to showcase their expertise and display the designs to other customers.

This is to alarm you by the Online Packaging Store that the user is well aware that all the information and content displayed on the website, that is, written material, software, data, images, photographs, graphics, designs, and all other content which is collectively termed to be ‘Our Website Content’ is under the ownership ofOnline Packaging Store.
It is illegal to copy or republish website data or any content.

Customer Content:

The customer should be responsible for and security of his password and account. You are responsible for the use of website content. You agree that you never use our content along with your product or don’t share it with any third party.
You or any other person, who has access to your account who commit any illegal activity or places any order, or makes changes to an already placed order should be considered seriously, as we supposed that this action is taken by the authorized person only.
You acknowledge that all the designs available on our website should not be transferred to any third party. All information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages and any other materials are the responsibility of the person that produced such Content. Hence you are responsible for all Content that you send, upload, post, or otherwise transmit via the website.

Re-Prints

The customer must notify Online Packaging Store™ within 2-3 business days of order delivery of any defects, damage, or missing items discovered in the delivered products. Online Packaging Store™ will not be responsible for any claims for defects, damage, or missing items that are not filed within 3 business days of the delivery date.
To receive replacement products, the customer must return (at their own expense) at least 99% of the received product to the address they received their shipment from within 10 days of the initial order delivery date. No returns will be accepted without the prior written return authorization from Online Packaging Store

All charges related to expedite printing (rush printing or shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including those orders that are returned for any reason. No Exceptions.

Order Shipping and Delivery

Online Packaging Store™offers the following product options when placing an order:
• STANDARD (Shipping Time NOT GUARANTEED):
• Free Ground shipping within 48 contiguous states.
• Usually Ships within 10 to 14 business days after final proof approval.
• Shipping time for Standard Service is not guaranteed.
• PRIORITY – Guaranteed to ship within 8 business days:
• Free Ground shipping included within 48 contiguous states.
• Products will be shipped within 8 business days after final proof approval
• EXPRESS – Guaranteed to ship within 6 business days
• FREE Ground shipping included within 48 contiguous states.
• Products will be shipped within 6 business days after final proof approval
• In all cases, final proof approval must be received by 11:00 AM EST otherwise one business day will be added to the shipping times.
Online Packaging Store™will always act to print and ship orders promptly. In no case shall Online Packaging Store™be liable for any consequences or damages resulting from any delay in the production, shipping, or delivery of the ordered products.
All Online Packaging Store™customers agree not to hold Online Packaging Store™ liable for delays in shipments caused by technical issues, weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond Online Packaging Store™’s direct control. Online Packaging Store™shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our suppliers and recent order history.
Online Packaging Store™will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met. However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction, or technical problems may delay the printing or shipping processes. In case of delays in the printing or shipping processes, rush charges or expedited fees will be refunded or waived where applicable. Orders cannot be canceled due to delays in the printing or shipping processes.
All Online Packaging Store™customers agree to pay all customs duties and fees on the good that are shipped to their respective locations. It is the responsibility of the customers to make arrangements to clear customs for shipments delivered outside the United States.

Damaged and Lost Packages

Customers are responsible for inspecting all packages for any visible signs of damage or missing items (when compared to the items listed on the enclosed packaging slips or invoices) before accepting delivery. In case of damage or missing items, the customers should notify Online Packaging Store™ and the delivery courier immediately. Online Packaging Store™ will not be responsible for any damage or missing items claims that are not filed by the customer within 3 business days of order delivery. Online Packaging Store™ is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions, or damaged shipments.
Each ordered product is usually shipped with a few extra pieces that are free of charge. Seldom order shipments may have slightly fewer pieces than ordered. Printing trade standards allow for underage or overages of up to 5%. Therefore, if the exact quantity is needed, then it is suggested that customers should order 10% over the required quantity.
Additional shipping and handling charges will be assessed for packages that have to be reshipped because an error was made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address.

Design Files:

Online Packaging Store can provide design files only in low resolution.

Customer Design:

Customers can provide us with their designs, design should be in high resolution like a minimum 300 DPI resolution.  Provided design should be in CMYK format.
The company is not responsible for differences in color shades and color schemes due to format  RBG to CMYK format conversion.
Moreover, we are not responsible for distorted or messy designs provided by customers.

Color Similarity and Hardcopy Proof:

We try to regenerate the same Color scheme which is approved by the customer in his hardcopy provided to the company, the accuracy of color reproduction is 90%, we try our best to regenerate the same as proof but we are not guaranteed that because of printing limitations and color format.

No Liability for Errors:

Online Packaging Store is not to be considered responsible if there are errors in the final printed product like:

Spelling and Grammar mistakes, Font Mistakes

Graphics punctuation, percolating marks

Erroneous fonts, Die lines, cropping marks. Cracks in folds

Overprinting errors

The difference in finished product size

Return and Refund Policy

Payment Order Placement, Cancellations

The prices of products are in USD (U.S Dollars) on our website. Also, payment will be received in the same currency. The company starts working on your requested order if they have received the total amount due to you which includes taxes, shipping charges, etc via some authenticated payment source.

The order placement also includes sending the company the final form of the product or services via electronic file or hard copy of the ordered product or services they need the company to do for them. The printing tasks are sent to the press department once you are sure about what you want from us. After the task is sent to the press department no changes are made in anything regarding timing and design. However, you can cancel the order within the limited duration of 4 hours after proof approval. This cancellation will cost you 25$ and 5% of the total payment of your order. The customers also have the option to cancel their order after a 24-hour limit however this will cost them 50% of the total payment of their order to cover up the time and Resources the Company wasted in making your product. Although the company doesn’t assures that one can cancel their order after the 24-hour time limit.

Changes to our Website and Terms and Conditions:

Online Packaging Store has the authority to change any section of our website or Terms and Conditions at any time with or without notice to the customers of Online Packaging Store. The new changes will be in effect as they become the part of terms and conditions of our website. If you keep using the website after new changes to the terms, it will be considered as your agreement to the new changes.
