Terms & Conditions – Return & Refund Policy

At Online Packaging Store, all orders are processed under the following terms and conditions to ensure transparency, quality control, and smooth production and delivery.


Orders & Payments

All orders placed on our website are considered final once confirmed. Production will only begin after full payment has been received and successfully processed through our secure payment system.


Production & Turnaround Time

Production timelines start after final artwork approval and payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on product type, order quantity, and customization requirements. Rush production services may be available at an additional cost upon request.


Artwork Proofs & Color Accuracy

We aim to achieve the closest possible match to submitted designs; however, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and printing limitations.

Color accuracy is estimated at approximately 90% when CMYK print-ready files are provided. We are not responsible for differences caused by RGB conversion, low-resolution artwork, or client-submitted design files.


Customer-Provided Artwork

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide print-ready artwork in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.

We are not liable for spelling errors, design issues, alignment problems, or any mistakes present in submitted files.


Claims, Reprints & Reporting Issues

Any defects, damages, or missing items must be reported within 3 working days of receiving the order.

For approved reprints, at least 99% of the original product must be returned at the customer’s expense within 10 days to the designated return address.


Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

Customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional government charges applied in their country. Online Packaging Store is not liable for these costs.


Return Authorization Requirement

All returns, including expedited or rush orders, must be pre-approved and authorized before shipment. Rush fees and express production charges are non-refundable.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

Customers must inspect all deliveries upon arrival. Any damage or shipping-related issues must be reported to both Online Packaging Store and the carrier within 3 business days.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or errors caused by third-party shipping providers. Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may result in additional charges.


Production Locations

Our manufacturing facilities operate globally, including regions in Asia, to ensure cost-effective production while maintaining quality standards. All shipments are delivered securely to your address without hidden charges.


Limitation of Liability

Online Packaging Store is not responsible for:

  • Spelling or grammatical errors in approved artwork
  • Font or graphic design issues
  • Cropping, folding, or cutting variations
  • Overprinting or minor print inconsistencies
  • Slight size variations
  • Industry-standard quantity variations of up to 5%

File Resolution & Design Services

Standard design files are provided in low resolution unless high-resolution formats are purchased separately. Please contact us for pricing and availability of high-resolution artwork.
